About Tai Chi Classes

Your Tai Chi classes in Exeter are based on a martial arts practice combining slow, deliberate movements with focused breathing. It is ideal for improving balance, reducing stress, and enhancing overall well-being. Tai Chi practice has also been shown to reduce the risk of falls in older adults and improve symptoms of anxiety and depression. Our sessions integrate evidence-based practices and are tailored to suit beginners and experienced practitioners, offering a meditative approach to movement.

Your trained instructor will guide you through sequences that promote harmony and relaxation, ensuring accessibility and effectiveness.

Classes are on Tuesdays at 7pm.
