What We Treat
Taking Time to Understand You
In your first session, we take the time to understand you—your medical history, lifestyle, and the symptoms you're experiencing. We’ll ask about past injuries, your job, daily activities, any hobbies and sports, and even stress levels and how well you sleep, because everything plays a role in how your body moves and feels. This helps us to determine which areas we need to assess.

Understand the Cause of Your Symptoms
Your first assessment starts with a detailed examination of your posture and biomechanics, we will ask you to perform certain movements so we can see how well your body moves and where there may be areas of restriction. We will also test specific structures like joints, ligaments, muscles and nerves to determine which structures might be contributing to any symptoms you may be experiencing. We may also screen for underlying health conditions if indicated and, if necessary, refer you directly to your GP. This is all so we can understand the root cause of your symptoms so we can create a treatment plan that’s safe, effective, and tailored specifically to you.
